WEEKLY: Unemployment claims are available each WEDNESDAY. Since late 2022, they have been decreasing and are back to levels since the Fed announced inflation fighting position.
On 2.3.23 Monthly Net New Jobs came in at 517k which is DOUBLE of most prior
months. The unemployment rate is 3.4% the lowest in recent history.
WEEKLY Mortgage rates are available each THURSDAY. Rates rocket up and feather down.
