A note about cell phone reception:

The cell phone signals are somewhat spotty in this area. AT&T is not very good. Verizon is a bit better, but not always great. You may want to turn off your cellular and only use WiFi when in the apartment. Also, you may need to use your “WiFi Calling” if you wish to make calls from your smartphone.
