But here is the thing -
If you have the right idea, that becomes the wrong idea, the right people will improvise, adapt, and overcome to “re-right” the idea.
- HOWEVER -
If you have the right idea and the wrong people, the investment is likely to fail.
Scale
it takes the right people to scale an idea too. So even if you get the people and the idea right, scaling the idea is difficult. Key people and key skills are hard to replicate at scale. So just because the idea works initially, doesn’t mean growth will reach the same success.
